HOME LOCATION AND RESOURCES

The home featured on the webpage is located in the historical district of Yarmouthport. It is a fully furnished; two-level home located right off the highway. It's an ideal mid-Cape location: Smugglers Beach, Seagull Beach, Corporation, Mayflower and Grays Beach are minutes away. You are also close to the Dennis beaches and the Dennis fresh water swimming and picnic area. Bike trails, Cranbury Boggs and kayaking wind along the miles of scenic beaches. You are under a mile to: fine dining, a major grocery store, a pharmacy, and other area amenities. You're also less than five minutes driving time to the video store and the nearby Dennis movie theatre. Hyannis is a few exits away as well.

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DETAILS

This four-bedroom home is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac of only four homes. It is the perfect, tree-lined spot; whether you are strolling the property or enjoying the scenery from the homes large deck. The property line is located abutting protected forest land.

In winter of 2007, the home was renovated with fresh paint inside and out, and many of the carpeted areas have been replaced with shiny hardwood floors! Inside, you'll find a mix of mostly beautiful hardwood floors and carpet. There are two full-sized bathrooms, plus a washer and dryer on each floor. Each of the four bedrooms features one or two large beds, a sofa or reading nook for you to relax in. For your convenience, there is a telephone and a television in every room. For further relaxation and guest accommodation, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room along with a DVD player and television set. You'll find that there are more than enough resources and room to accommodate up to the maximum 8 guests allowed during any rental term. Or, you can enjoy the privacy and space to yourself!

The large, eat-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven. The kitchen also features a table that seats 4, while the main dining room seats 6. There is also a dining room table that seats an additional 8. For those days and nights when its just too beautiful to eat inside, you'll find sliding doors that open onto the large porch, which is complete with grill, dining table, and luxury patio furniture.

You'll have full access to the homes full-sized, well-kept basement for any of your storage needs. And, you'll have room for 4 or more cars between the garage and driveway parking.

FOR YOUR COMFORT AND HEALTH

In order to preserve the beauty and integrity of this home for all guests, we do not allow smoking or pets under any circumstances. This home is completely lead-free, was built after 1978, and is meticulously maintained. We are happy to accommodate up to 8 guests maximum during any rental term.

RATES AND SCHEDULES

Rates start at $700.00 per week (off season).
Prime season rates are $1175.00 per week, starting in Mid June.

Rates are negotiable for longer term stays (over 1 week) during the summer contact us with your scheduling needs and we will be happy to discuss a valuable discount with you.

Check-in for the weekly summer rentals is Saturday afternoon, and check-out is the following Saturday in the morning. Again, give us a call regarding your schedule and we will be happy to work with you!
